latest update – out now!

It’s been a while since you last heard from us, but that doesn’t mean nothing has been happening. On the contrary – we are beavering away so that early in the New Year, the Organisers.Network is ready to launch…
Please forward this email to anyone you think might be interested so that they can:

In the meantime they should also check this out:

“A group of community organisers and trade unionists are willing to plan a Organisers Summit in the UK (with guests from France, Germany, Italy, the US…).

This event would be dedicated to those who wish to learn more about organising techniques, and to strengthen their daily fight for social justice and the common good. There are many organising techniques and strategies out there that could benefit the campaigns we lead, but we all rarely take time to gather and share what we know.

This is why such a Summit would be a great opportunity for activists, organisers and trade unionists to meet and learn from one another. To make this happen, our group is looking for new members who would be interested in contributing to shape and organise the Summit with us.

If you would like to join us, or if you know someone would like to, please contact Jean-Michel Knutsen at :

Speaking of UK based organising related opportunities – have you heard of the Ella Baker School of Transformative Organising?

On a podcast note – have you listened to Change Makers by Amanda Tattersall yet?
Now’s your chance, don’t miss the indepth interviews with people who have organised for change.

What is the Organisers.Network actually going to look like? Well like all good organising initiatives – that’s shaped by what the people getting organised want. We’re doing a survey – please have a look here, and let us know what you want. And if you don’t forward this whole email on – at least send the survey link out to people.

If you didn’t recieve it – join us now:
